This is an excellent place! The owner (Angelica) was very nice and helpful, and also helped us a lot with parking in Florence. The room was very nice and clean, and the location of the place is GREAT, very close to all the sites in Florence and there's a nice market less than 5 minutes walk. We absolutely recommend!

Pleasant Place to Stay in Florence” The nicest thing about the location is that it is walking distance to the many major attractions, central market and train station. There are nice restaurant and supermarket near the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. One criticism: no air-conditioning.

staff where lovellly and helpful .. rooms where always cleaned .. good air conditioning ...easy going ..friendly... nice interior ...goood location ..close to station.

The location is perfect (between S. Maria Novella & San Lorenzo market). The owners were very kind & helpful. We were even offered a larger room for the same price. And the room was clean & well equipped.

Small lift & no air conditioning, just as most hotels in Europe. But we are absolutely OK with that since we are slim & arrived at late September :-)

The location was excellent. Right in the center and 5 minutes walk from the central train/bus station. The owner of the B&B was very nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and nice wooden floor. Not too much noise; I slept very well. Very central location, near train station and only 5 minutes from the Catedral/Duomo. Staff is relaxed and helpful. It certainly is worth its money.

Very small elevator. It didnt' bother me though.

The lady welcomed us was gentle and helpful.The B&B is quite close to the train station and others city attractions. It is quite cheap and one can choose not to have breakfast but still the refundable option for a good price.

I don 't like having a shower on the floor, I don t like shower curtains and our was even a bit dirty/ slightly moulded. A bit difficult to find it, house numbers are confusing in Florence and there was not proper sign out of thr B&B

Good location and you are provided with your own set of keys to access the hotel at any time during your stay.Was also given extra set of keys for the day we checked out so we could get back to our bags. Very helpful in that regard.

Internet wasn't working. Was given access to the staff's laptop to use, but obviously couldn't use my own programmes from there. Breakfast was a tray brought into the room - not too bad in terms of quantity/selection, but we had to wait until 8:30am for the staff to wake up and bring it in, and we had hoped to get going earlier that day.

Family run, cozy place in excellent location situated in lively, charming street. Walking distance to Central Station as well as to all historical sites and places of interest. Room and bathroom were quite large and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The location wa good in the middle of the center and for a good price. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.

The B&B is located on the third floor of a building and was hard to find with several number 12 in that street. The elevator was small and the street below a bit busy although it calmed down after midnight.

Our room was spacious, especially for the money (it was near the front), and comfortable. The proprietor (Angelica) was very pleasant, considerate, and helpful!

We didn't mind this at all, but people might want to know that it is what is called in Italy an affitacamere-- so a bit more informal than a hotel, and the owner lives there. It makes it more casual, but really nice because you can get an inside scoop on places to go. Rooms 1 and 2 face the street-- better view, but a little noise (not too much for us).
